Salary: £66,200 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Your week: 36.25 (Monday Friday 9am 5.15pm)

Location: Hybrid - Rushden, Milton Keynes, Peterborough, Bostonand availability to travel between. Minimum 1 day a week

Snapshot of your role

This role will ensure the delivery of high-quality and timelyfinancial reporting and analysis, whilst managing and developing a team of Finance Business Partners and Assistant Finance Business Partners. The successfulcandidatewill act as a senior link betweenFinance and the wider business building strong relationships, delivering financial insightand enabling informed decision-making that supports Amplius strategic objectivesand ensures financial control and sustainability.

This role covers Rushden, Milton Keynes, Peterborough, Bostonand availability to travel between.

Minimum 1 day a week in one of our offices, but as the role requires. Full Team attendance once a month is required,generallyinPeterborough.

What we’re looking for

• Qualified to CCAB or CIMA
• Experienced in leading a high performingteam, andmanaging and developing finance teams
• Significant experiencein financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Strong understanding of budget setting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Experience of working with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making

Technical accounting and financial reporting skills

Experience in the housing or not-for-profit sector is desirable, but not essential.
