Responsibilities
  • As a Senior Finance Business Partner - 12 month FTC, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, delivering financial insight, analysis, and guidance that drive performance and support long-term success. You'll play a key role in partnering with your business area, bringing thoughtful challenge, clear financial guidance, and added value. By translating complex data into clear, engaging insights, you'll empower non-finance colleagues to make confident, informed decisions.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, offering financial perspectives on investment choices and resource allocation. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, ensuring alignment with company goals. You'll also coach and develop your team, helping them grow and thrive in their careers.
  • Partner closely with departments across the business to shape financial strategies that align with their objectives. Contribute to business cases, offer insightful analysis, and identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline reporting. Cross-functional collaboration will be key, working with teams including operations and senior management to drive efficiency and commercial impact.
  • Interpret financial data, trends, and performance metrics to uncover meaningful insights. By evaluating initiatives, exploring scenarios, and tracking key indicators, you'll help drive continuous improvement and commercial success.
Qualifications
  • You'll need to be a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA) with a commercial background and experience in business partnering with non-finance teams.
  • A proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with ease are essential.
  • You'll communicate complex financial information clearly to senior and non-finance audiences, model multiple scenarios with confidence, and use Excel and systems expertise to turn data into commercial impact.
