Qualifications

  • Demonstrable relevant experience in a transactional finance team.
  • Experience working with cloud-based financial systems such as Xero and Quickbooks.
  • Demonstrable relevant accounting experience dealing with monthly and yearly accounts.
  • Demonstrable experience dealing with multi currencies and banks.
  • Flexible working approach and ability to prioritise.

Responsibilities

  • Produce monthly fixed and variable sales invoices.
  • Deal with sales invoice queries; both internally and externally.
  • Process and reconcile bank deposits and other financial accounts.
  • Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.

Who we\'re looking for: We are looking for someone motivated and energetic to join our growing Finance team. You\'ll need to be an excellent communicator as this role will see you supporting the team, the wider business and of course our customers.

The challenge: Our Finance team pride themselves on excellence as a team as well as providing the best service to customers, suppliers & other teams at Tillo.

Where you\'ll work: This role will be based in our Hove office 2 days a week.

Day to day this role will
  • Produce monthly fixed and variable sales invoices.
  • Deal with sales invoice queries; both internally and externally.
  • Process and reconcile bank deposits and other financial accounts.
  • Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances.
  • Preparation and posting monthly journals.
  • Reconcile and have oversight of client bank accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.
  • Work with various internal teams to help resolve customer queries.
  • Verify the accuracy of business accounts, highlighting any discrepancies.
  • Asset management; Maintain register and calculate depreciation.
What we\'re looking for
  • Demonstrable relevant experience in a transactional finance team.
  • Experience working with cloud-based financial systems such as Xero and Quickbooks.
  • Demonstrable relevant accounting experience dealing with monthly and yearly accounts.

It\'s not essential, but a bonus if you have:
