Job summary

RHS Wisley Gardens is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to partner with operational teams, delivering robust financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and annual budgets. You will collaborate cross-functionally, challenge forecasts, and promote process automation while building strong internal networks.

The role supports the Senior Finance Business Partner, enabling effective financial perspectives for strategic objectives within the charity retail environment.

Qualifications

• ACCA/CIMA part qualified.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills and intermediate PowerPoint skills along with proficient MS Office
• Interprets financial reports and communicates implications clearly and effectively to non-finance audiences
• Builds strong networks and relationships across areas of responsibility.
• Proven experience in business partnering roles.
• Advises on financial processes and reporting requirements, supporting timely delivery.
• Effective communicator with the ability to present financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly P&L support and month-end commentary to key stakeholders.
• Deliver financial insights to drive decision making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build relationships.
• Challenge unusual P&L movements and forecasts.
• Support development of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems.
• Promote automation in reporting processes.
• Provide KPI reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Assist Senior Finance Business Partner in meetings with Directors.
• Act as finance ambassador to build partnerships.
