Role

This role involves working with various stakeholders across SP Energy Networks providing financial reporting on CAPEX and Connections activities of the SPD Business. You will be required to work in a fast‑paced environment and provide great attention to detail to ensure outputs are provided to a wide range of recipients. The ability to challenge and knowledge of the SAP system are key to this role.

What you’ll be doing?
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Variance Analysis to Budget and Forecast
  • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing
  • Track project costs, income, and performance against budget
  • Present financial insights to senior management and external stakeholders
What you’ll bring
  • Accountancy qualification
  • Highly numerate, fully computer literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Good understanding of SAP is advantageous
  • Write clear and precise reports and relate complex information to a diverse range of people.
  • Availability to travel as required
