Qualifications

• Recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) required.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, P&Ls, balance sheets, cash flow.
• Strong IT skills including Excel (XLOOKUPs, advanced formulas).
• Great attention to detail and prioritisation skills.
• Confidence in presenting data to financial and non-financial audiences.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Engage with cost centre owners to manage budgets and explain variances.
• Work closely with Financial Control for accurate monthly costs.
• Build and maintain financial models for reporting and forecasting.
• Deliver payroll analysis and cost reporting.
• Analyse trends and provide actionable insights.
• Own weekly trade meeting reporting to drive process improvements.
