A Day in the Life
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you’ll be at the centre of our regional finance and strategy activity analysing growth drivers, tracking performance and providing data-led insights that influence business-critical decisions. You’ll work closely with the CFO & EVP of Business Development, contributing to projects that span Mergers & Acquisitions, investments, strategic planning, artist and partner deals, and market trend analysis.

Your work will help guide investment decisions, unlock growth opportunities and ensure we remain ahead of the curve in fast-moving, competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust financial and analytical models for valuation, due diligence and strategic evaluation.
Analyse performance drivers and market trends to inform forecasts and strategic plans.
Lead the development of reports and dashboards using financial reporting systems (experience with HFM/SAP a plus).
Collaborate across regions to improve processes and enhance the quality and speed of decision-making.
Prepare concise and impactful presentations and memorandum for senior stakeholders.

Our Ideal Candidate
Strong financial modelling skills and experience with large or complex data sets.
Advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
Confident communicator who can simplify complex analysis for diverse audiences.
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
Demonstrates curiosity, critical thinking, influencing ability, and a detail-driven approach to problem-solving.
Experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, corporate development, strategic finance, or a similar analytical role is strongly preferred
A genuine interest in the music, media, or entertainment sectors.
