Job summary

Radius, a growing global business services company based near Crewe, is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to lead the Risk & Compliance function. You will shape the compliance programme, oversee monitoring activities, and translate regulatory developments into practical guidance for senior leadership.

You will manage governance reporting, support complex regulatory matters, and collaborate with key stakeholders across international markets.

Qualifications

Strong experience in a compliance, risk or regulatory role with a solid understanding of FCA requirements.
Exposure to other regulatory regimes or international compliance frameworks desirable.
Experience interpreting regulatory requirements and applying them within a commercial environment.
Experience supporting governance reporting and working with senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company’s compliance framework.
Monitor regulatory developments and translate into practical guidance for the business.
Lead development and delivery of the organisation’s compliance plan with risk-based activities.
Provide pragmatic compliance advice to stakeholders on regulatory requirements and new initiatives.
Produce regular compliance reporting for senior management and maintain compliance registers.
