EarthStream Global seeks a Senior Financial Controller for Development & Construction in Swindon, with up to two days travel monthly to Essen and Utrecht. The contract runs 02/11/2026 to 01/11/2027, Inside IR35.

You will coordinate planning, forecasts and management reporting, and modernise processes using Power BI and AI/Copilot. Key focus areas include Capex/Devex analysis, liquidity planning, and presenting CFO-level dashboards to senior management.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrable senior financial controlling experience in a complex, project-based or infrastructure environment.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency.
• Proven capability in forecasting, actuals analysis and senior-management reporting.
• Ability to challenge inputs constructively and manage multiple international stakeholders.

• Coordinate planning, forecasting and management reporting for Development & Construction.
• Challenge and consolidate local submissions; provide senior stakeholders with clear insight into investment, liquidity and performance.
• Modernise reporting through Power BI, process improvements and AI/Copilot usage.
• Participate in implementing the new planning and reporting tool.
