Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to build trusting relationships with parents and children and bring a strong commitment to supporting families through challenging circumstances. I am looking for individuals who are organised, emotionally intelligent, and capable of reflective practice. You will also be able to demonstrate resilience in challenging situations, be a driver with a full manual UK licence and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
