Starting Salary: £13.50 per hour, based on 40-hour week: £28,080

They collaborate with managers, social workers, and other professionals to deliver evidence-based interventions that create positive family environments. The role includes leading shifts with support from the Registered Manager, guiding Family Support Workers, and bringing additional skills like safeguarding, complex family support, assessment, or Early Years’ experience. Responsibilities include assisting with family and parental assessments, supporting routines, safeguarding children, and maintaining high standards of care and legal compliance, including the Children’s Act 1989. Practical duties include managing the home environment, documentation, and risk management.
