Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' panel experience required.
• Experience managing Public & Private Family caseload.
• Willingness to train for Higher Rights of Audience (Family).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality client care and representation in proceedings.
• Manage a busy caseload with Divorce, Financial Remedies, and DA Injunctions.

Skills

Strong understanding of the Children Act 1989

Strong understanding of Family Law Act 1996

Demonstrable experience running own caseload

Confident advocate with hearing experience

Ability to work under pressure
