Location: Flexible (Any Office) – Nottingham, Derby or Leicester

Salary: Dependent on experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Family Solicitor to join a well-established and reputable regional law firm. This senior position offers the chance to manage complex family law cases with autonomy while contributing to the continued growth and success of the department.

The Role

You will handle a wide range of family law matters, providing expert advice and representation to clients. Working with minimal supervision, you will manage your own caseload while supporting the firm's business development efforts and maintaining the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on divorce, financial settlements and private children matters
• Manage a full caseload independently from instruction to completion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders
• Engage in business development and marketing to promote the firm's family services
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, SRA regulations and AML requirements

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 10 years' PQE in family law
• Strong technical expertise across all areas of family work
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Confident managing complex cases with minimal supervision
• Commercially minded and proactive in developing client relationships
