Henderson Scott is partnering with a well-established regional law firm in Milton Keynes to recruit a Senior Family Solicitor or Senior Associate. The role focuses on high-quality private family work and offers the chance to develop a specialist practice area while contributing to the growth of the department.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years' PQE in Private Family Law, with experience in divorce, financial remedy, and high-net-worth matters, plus advocacy rights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE within Private Family Law.
• Strong experience handling divorce and financial remedy proceedings.
• Experience advising high-net-worth individuals on complex financial matters.
• Experience handling child arrangements and maintenance matters.
• Advocacy experience and relevant rights of audience.
• The ability to manage complex cases independently.
