• Proven experience in a senior facilities management role across a large, complex venue or public building.
• Strong understanding of maintenance, engineering, health and safety, and compliance systems.
• Excellent people leadership and performance management experience.

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across facilities, maintenance, compliance, and housekeeping functions.
• Ensure the venue is fully operational, safe, and compliant at all times.
• Lead the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance programs.
