Position Summary: The Retail Stores Facilities Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Facilities Manager with the day-to-day maintenance and facilities management needs of our retail locations in UK and IRE. This role ensures that stores remain safe, operational, and compliant by coordinating repairs, preventive maintenance, vendor relationships, and facilities projects. The coordinator will serve as a key point of contact between store teams, vendors, landlords, and the corporate facilities department.
This role is primarily Watford office-based with some work from home opportunity, managing frequent communication via phone, email, and work order systems. Occasional travel to retail locations may be required.
