About the Role

Henriksen Studio is seeking a highly motivated Senior Facade Designer with at least 5 years experience to join our dynamic team of faade engineering, design, and Passivhaus professionals.

This is a client-facing, project-driven role where youll be managing multiple schemes simultaneously from concept through to completion. Projects vary in scale, detail, and complexity, requiring both creativity and technical precision. Youll develop high-quality building envelope solutions, draft detailed construction drawings, and collaborate closely with architects and consultants to bring innovative, sustainable facades to life.
