Mamas & Papas Limited is seeking a Senior Product Developer to drive evergreen ranges in Pushchairs and Nursery Equipment. You will lead fabric-focused product development, identify requirements, cost, and land products with strong margins, collaborating with Designers, Technicians and Engineers.

The ideal candidate has significant experience in fabrics within product development, proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, and a structured critical path approach.

Qualifications

• Significant understanding of fabrics within product development.
• Experience in product development or buying (not a designer role).
• Ability to collaborate cross functionally and drive a structured critical path.

Responsibilities

• Identify requirements for new fabric-based products.
• Cost it and develop products to land with strong margins.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Deliver against a structured critical path and ROI targets.
