Job summary

Nissan is seeking a bold, forward-thinking designer to shape exterior and interior concepts in our London studio. You will drive production-ready design ideas 5-10+ years ahead, translating trends into forward-thinking concepts and leading 3D modeling from clay to digital.

You will collaborate across the global design organization with stakeholders to maintain design integrity and feasibility. The role requires a degree in Automotive/Industrial Design, strong portfolio, proficiency with Adobe

Qualifications

• Degree in Automotive or Industrial Design (BS, BFA, MS or MFA).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Alias, VRED, Blender (or similar).
• Strong exterior design portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills and process.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools for enhanced speed and agility.
• Significant relevant experience in OEM automotive design studios.
• Experience contributing to concept and/or production vehicle development (incl. 1:1 models).
• Strong technical knowledge of engineering constraints and ability to negotiate/incorporate feedback into design proposals.
• Ability to translate briefs and feedback into clear design direction.
