Job summary

Teledyne Digital Imaging in Chelmsford seeks a Senior Export Analyst to manage the regulatory side of the export control program. You will review transactions for UK/US compliance, support cross-border movements, and obtain necessary authorisations, reporting to the Export Control Officer.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external authorities, with a focus on continuous improvement and ethical business conduct within Teledyne's core values.

Qualifications

• Experience ensuring regulatory compliance for cross-border transactions.
• Knowledge of UK export rules, ITAR/EAR requirements and recordkeeping.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Review orders and documents to ensure licensing needs are met and records are complete.
• Screen end-user certificates and check for restricted parties or end uses.
• Prepare and file export licenses and authorisations with UK authorities.
• Collaborate with US and EMEA licensing teams for approvals.
• Manage post-licence requirements and compliance conditions.
• Maintain export-related records in line with regulatory obligations.
• Stay current with export regulations and policy updates.
