AKQA in London is seeking a Senior Strategy professional to lead customer experience and product strategy initiatives for global brands. You will work across healthcare, nutrition, financial services and beyond, guiding projects from discovery to delivery and shaping new business opportunities.

As a senior strategist, you will partner with UX, design and technology teams to translate strategic thinking into actionable roadmaps, workshops, and compelling client presentations.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in customer experience and product strategy within an agency or consultancy.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex strategic engagements.

• Lead complex customer experience and product strategy engagements from discovery to delivery planning.
• Connect customer needs with business objectives to define strategic direction.
• Map journeys and ecosystems to uncover unmet needs and opportunities across channels.
• Define value across owned digital experiences, AI and partnerships.
• Collaborate with UX, design and engineering to translate strategy into actionable requirements.
• Guide development of journeys, service blueprints and strategic roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to align and drive decisions.
• Develop strategic narratives and presentations for senior clients.
• Translate insights into priorities, success measures and recommendations.
• Lead client relationships and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Contribute to new business opportunities and scopes.
