We’re looking for a Senior Experience Designer to join our Visualization Solutions group within Autodesk’s AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) platform org. This team is responsible for delivering intuitive, powerful experiences that help professionals across industries visualize and collaborate effectively on complex projects.
As Senior Experience Designer, you will bring strong interaction design skills, user focus, visual polish, and craft to shape visualization capabilities and in‑product workflows. These capabilities enable users to review models, manage design and construction processes, and make informed decisions, spanning web and mobile platforms.
In this role, you’ll thrive in complex environments, collaborating across disciplines to deliver elegant, intuitive solutions that define the standard for visualization experiences. You’ll lead with creativity and systems thinking, leverage design systems, and explore emerging technologies to drive innovation and craft user experiences that delight and inspire.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
