Qualifications

• 8+ years of design experience, with significant agency/consulting background.
• Strong graphic design foundation: typography, layout, visual composition and brand systems.
• Hands-on experience with generative image and video tools: Midjourney, Figma Make, Figma Weave, Veo 3, or similar.
• Proven ability to create stylescapes and brand books, and lead or participate in brand workshops.
• Working proficiency in Figma, with ability to flex into UI/product design tasks.
• Exposure to agentic AI design workflows (e.g., Claude Code, Claude Design).
• Excellent presentation and client-facing communication skills.
• Legally eligible to work in United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Design stylescapes, moodboards, and visual explorations setting creative direction.
• Build brand books and visual identity systems.
• Lead or participate in brand workshops translating live discussions into visuals.
• Use generative tools to produce concept visuals and campaign assets.
• Flex into UI/product design tasks using Figma and agentic tools.
• Maintain current AI design tool vernacular and evaluate new options.
• Present concepts and rationale to client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product designers and developers to ensure brand consistency across UI deliverables.
