We are seeking a highly skilled, strategic, and exceptionally organised Senior Executive Assistant to support the Group Chief Risk and Compliance Officer and the Chief of Staff to the Group Chief Risk and Compliance Officer. This role requires a proactive professional who can operate with the highest level of discretion, manage competing priorities and provide seamless executive‑level administrative, operational and strategic support. The successful candidate will have experience working at senior level within a fast‑paced, global environment, demonstrating strong judgement, business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex internal and external relations.

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Senior Executive Assistant – GCRCO.

In this role you will:
  • Provide high‑level executive support to the GCRCO and Chief of Staff to the GRCRO, including complex calendar management, inbox oversight, travel coordination, documentation, and briefings.
  • Manage confidential information with absolute discretion and integrity.
  • Anticipate the needs of the GCRCRO and Chief of Staff to the GCRCRO and take initiative to resolve issues before they escalat.
  • Support governance processes, including risk committee agendas, tracking actions and coordinating submissions.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional communication to ensure alignment.
  • Build strong working relationships across the organisation and eternally to support strategic priorities.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership within Global Functions.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and executive‑level business environments.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Suite and document management.
  • Strong prioritisation, project management, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to stay composed under pressure, work independently, and make sound decisions.
  • Prior experience working collaboratively with other colleagues with proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality, integrity and emotional intelligence.

This role is based in London with an expectation to be in the office four days per week.
