A cybersecurity solutions provider is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior management in Abingdon, England. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support and must have at least 5 years of experience. This role offers flexibility with a predominantly remote work schedule, requiring presence in the Abingdon office once a week. Competitive candidates will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.

We are looking for someone who takes great pride in being an Executive Assistant as well as serving as a functional ambassador for Sophos and the Senior Management Team. You will provide full executive administrative support for three of our senior UK based managers, the SVP Finance, the Chief Research and Scientific Officer, and the CISO, with minor calendar and travel support for their direct reports. The successful candidate must be adaptable and possess the ability to think strategically, be a creative problem-solver and anticipate the needs of those they support.
At times, flexibility is needed when executives travel in different time zones.
Role requirements necessitate one day per week in the Abingdon UK, office and four days of remote working.
12 Month FTC starting January 2026.
