  • Hours: 45 hours per week (weekdays & weekends, rota basis)

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced events professional to bring five‑star hospitality, creativity, and leadership to one of the region's most design‑led venues.

The ideal candidate will be passionate, detail‑driven, and confident leading a team to deliver seamless, unforgettable experiences for couples and guests alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the event production team to deliver flawless weddings and events.
  • Oversee the full client journey from enquiry and planning meetings to the wedding day itself.
  • Collaborate with Operations Managers and external partners to ensure efficient event processes.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of customer service, venue presentation, and communication.
  • Manage client relationships and act as the primary contact throughout planning and delivery.
  • Oversee all on‑site bedrooms and ensure a first‑class guest experience.
  • Support continuous improvement across event operations and service delivery.
About You
  • Minimum 3 years experience in wedding or event management within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, professional approach.
  • Confident working weekends and evenings as part of a rota.
