Eight Financial Advice in Bournemouth is seeking an Events Lead to drive planning and delivery of client events across Whiteley/Totton/Bournemouth locations. You will manage logistics, guest communications, and post-event follow-up while collaborating with the New Enquiries Manager to feed the sales pipeline.

The role offers hybrid working with three office days and two remote days, a focus on brand-aligned content, and opportunities to lead on-site delivery across our events.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable driving or independently reaching event locations
• Must be confident attending and contributing to planning and operational meetings
• Must be comfortable leading on-site delivery and acting as the primary point of contact during events
• Experience coordinating with colleagues, venue teams, and external suppliers
• Eligible to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Attend and contribute to internal planning and operational meetings to ensure seamless event delivery
• Execute all events to a consistently high standard, following agreed event strategies and plans
• Manage all event logistics including venues, suppliers, equipment, timings, and on-the-day coordination
• Ensure guests receive clear, timely communications before and after events, including joining instructions and follow-up
• Coordinate and handover attendee leads to New Enquiries Manager for pipeline management
• Capture high-quality social content at events and schedule it across channels in line with brand guidelines
• Ensure content reflects the EIGHT brand and the event tone as approved by Brand & Marketing Specialist
