👀 What We are Looking For:

We need a Senior Events Executive who is not just about balloons and buffets. This role is about strategic, high-value events that drive business development and make our brand shine. Think conferences, webinars, client receptions—the kind of events that make people say, "Impeccably executed—Napthens knows how to make an impression."

You’ll be the maestro behind the scenes, orchestrating everything from venue scouting to post-event follow-ups. Working closely with our marketing and BD colleagues, senior stakeholders, and external partners to deliver events that are slick, smart, and seriously effective.

🧠 What You Bring:
  • Proven experience in event management (bonus points if in professional services—law, finance, consultancy, etc.)
  • A strategic mindset with an eye on the bigger picture
  • Confidence to work with senior colleagues and clients
  • Organisation skills that would make Stacey Solomon proud
  • A sense of humour (we like to laugh while we work)
  • Driving licence and your own vehicle to hit the road when needed. We have 7 offices now across Lancashire, Manchester, Merseyside, and Cumbria.
💼 What You will Do:
  • Own and lead events from concept to completion
  • Collaborate across teams and with external suppliers
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and planning.
  • Analyse event success and suggest improvements
  • Keep our brand front and centre in every detail
🎯 Why Napthens?

We are a forward-thinking law firm with a strong presence in the northwest. Our marketing and BD team is dynamic, supportive, and always up for a challenge. If you want to be part of something exciting, strategic, and genuinely impactful—this is your moment.

Ready to make your mark?

Apply now and let us create events that people will talk about long after the last canapé is gone.

Your CV is always a starting point and we would like to see it. However please can you also share examples of your work that really help us view your skills and experience beyond your CV.

This is hybrid role, not a remote role. We have an appreciation that spending time with our colleagues is valuable. If you live close to the Preston office, you can spend time working from our head office and a day or two in Liverpool. If you live closer to our Liverpool office, you can spend time working from the plaza building and meet up in Preston with the wider team, approximately twice a week. Both offices are central locations within walking distance of train and bus stations.
