Encore Global in London is seeking a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale events, from design through close, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery for clients. The role reports to senior management and collaborates with sales, operations, and technical teams.

The position requires 4+ years in corporate staging or broadcast, supervisory experience, and strong communication, budgeting, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical experience in Corporate Staging or Broadcast.
• 1+ year of Supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and communicate schedules, resources, and responsibilities to team and partners.
• Determine and secure resources to complete each project.
• Maintain client communication and show documentation throughout the project.
• Monitor project scope and adjust to ensure successful completion.
• Lead technical teams on events and ensure safety and compliance.
