A leading global events business in London is seeking a Senior Event Manager to oversee 6-7 large scale b2b conferences annually. The role involves mentoring a junior manager and managing all aspects of event logistics, from venue search to onsite management. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in event management and a proven track record of managing mid-large scale conferences.

A leading global conference organiser which runs large scale events across a variety of sectors including etail, supply chain, finance and defence. They have a collaborative, professional and dynamic culture.
As Senior Event Manager you will be a senior member within a team of 11 event managers. You will manage around 6-7 events per year which will all be large global conferences (400-1,000 delegates in size with multiple streams).
Aside from managing your own event portfolio, you will also mentor/manage a more junior event manager.
Your responsibilities will cover the usual areas of event management including:- signage and programme design, booking staff travel and accommodation, onsite management of the events team, exhibition floor plan deisgn and layout, venue search, supplier negotiation, catering, AV and stand contractor liaison, implementation of mobile app and registration process and more.
