Job summary

The Orchard in Maidstone is seeking experienced Bar and Front of House staff to join our busy team. Hours are flexible and paid hourly. Evening and weekend shifts are essential.

Responsibilities include event-day operations, bar and FOH support, housekeeping, and safety compliance. Training is provided, and own transport is required due to the venue location. Bar staff must be 18+ and GCSEs in Maths/English are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years in the industry (training provided).
• Own transport due to venue location.
• For Bar work, you must be over 18 and able to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event day operations to ensure smooth delivery of all activities.
• Support bar and front-of-house tasks, including setup and housekeeping.
• Follow health and safety policies and report issues promptly.
• Maintain neat, professional appearance and attentive customer service.
• Support staff during shifts and assist with training needs.
