The ideal candidate has strong technical B2B sales experience within the marine sector, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. Fluency in French is a strong advantage. The position includes travel throughout Europe as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies with the Sales Director.
• Manage pricing structures and margin performance.

• Coordinate across departments to ensure project success.
• Provide accurate market forecasting and identify new opportunities.
• Lead technical sales conversations with clients.
• Travel within Europe as necessary.
