Job summary

Bigblue is seeking a Senior Estimator for Prime Residential projects in London. You will lead pricing for luxury refurbishments up to £15m, taking ownership from initial enquiry to tender submission while ensuring commercial value and accuracy.

You will work closely with clients, designers, subcontractors and the pre-construction team, building robust cost models and identifying risks and opportunities. There is genuine progression towards senior leadership within a respected firm.

Qualifications

• Strong estimating experience within high-end, luxury or Super Prime Residential.
• Proven experience pricing substantial residential refurbishments.
• Comfortable working on projects up to £15m.

Responsibilities

• Estimate luxury residential refurbishment projects up to £15m.
• Own the estimating process from enquiry to tender submission.
• Price complex, high-specification works with careful commercial value.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, subcontractors and pre-construction team.
• Build accurate costs, review scope and identify opportunities/risks.
• Help shape the estimating function as the business grows.

• Estimating luxury residential refurbishment projects up to £15m
• Taking ownership of the estimating process from initial enquiry through to tender submission
• Pricing complex, high-specification works with a strong eye for detail and commercial value
• Working closely with clients, designers, subcontractors and the wider pre-construction team
• Building accurate costs, reviewing scope and identifying commercial opportunities and risks
• Helping shape the estimating function as the business continues to grow
