Job summary

PWS Technical Services (UK) Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Estimator with a strong technical background to take responsibility for producing piling, foundations and ground engineering estimates, tenders and bids.

You will develop accurate and timely estimates, prepare competitive bids, coordinate with clients, suppliers and the project team, and ensure compliance with regulations and client specifications across UK projects.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in piling, foundations and ground engineering
• Experience producing estimates, tenders and bids for UK projects
• Ability to coordinate with clients to deliver value-engineered solutions
• Experience ensuring tenders meet regulations and client specifications
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple bids
• Proven capability to identify new business opportunities

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and timely estimates for piling, foundations and GE contracts
• Prepare competitive bids, proposals and quotations
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and project team
• Attend pre/post tender meetings and present proposals
• Analyse client requirements, drawings and specifications
• Identify value-engineered alternatives to plans and pricing
• Ensure compliance with regulations and contract specifications
