The role involves leading estimating efforts, overseeing project lifecycles, and ensuring operational excellence. We're looking for a seasoned professional with 7–10 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and financial acumen.

Salary ranges from £22,000 to £27,000 per annum with benefits including 28 days annual leave and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in senior estimating and project/operations management.
• Mastery of modern estimating software and technical proficiency in blueprints.
• Strong financial literacy with experience managing project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of detailed estimates for large-scale projects.
• Drive execution phase of projects ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
• Negotiate pricing with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
