Qualifications

• Experienced in construction estimating, tendering or preconstruction across a range of procurement routes.
• Commercially aware with knowledge of contracts, cost planning, tender processes, and risk management.
• Able to work independently and represent the business professionally, while supporting junior team members.
• Proficient in Microsoft systems and estimating software, with strong organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and submit tenders and preconstruction information in line with client requirements.
• Use estimating software to produce estimates, quantities, and tender documentation.
• Attend site visits and support tenders and new business opportunities.
• Manage preconstruction timescales and collaborate with internal and external teams.
