Job summary

Randstad CPE on behalf of a major privately owned civil engineering specialist is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead major tenders across water, transport and energy infrastructure.

You will head multidisciplinary tender teams, present estimation packages at senior reviews, and work with bid managers to optimise construction methodologies and risk management.

Qualifications

• You are a commercially sharp estimating professional with a strong technical foundation in civil engineering and infrastructure.
• Your analytical skills and leadership style allow you to evaluate risk effectively and mentor developing estimators within the team.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of leading civil engineering and water infrastructure tenders up to GBP50m.
• Hold an HNC or equivalent qualification in a relevant engineering or commercial discipline.

Responsibilities

• Possess strong communication skills with the confidence to present and negotiate at a senior stakeholder level.
