Operating on long‑term frameworks within the UK’s busiest airports, they deliver projects ranging from high‑spec terminal refurbishments and fit‑outs to complex airside and landside developments valued up to £30 million.

The Role

As Senior Estimator, you’ll play a key role within the pre‑construction team, leading tender submissions and cost plans across a diverse range of aviation projects. Working closely with the commercial, planning, and design teams, you’ll ensure that each estimate is accurate, competitive, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tenders for aviation‑related schemes (fit‑out, refurbishment, and new build up to £30m).
• Work collaboratively across multi‑disciplinary teams and framework partners.
• Lead value engineering exercises to achieve client and business objectives.
• Liaise with supply chain partners to secure accurate and competitive pricing.
• Present and justify cost plans to senior stakeholders and clients.

About You

• Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator within major construction projects — ideally aviation, transport, or complex infrastructure.
• Able to manage multiple tenders concurrently while maintaining attention to detail.
• A confident presenter with commercial acumen and a collaborative mindset.
