A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Senior Estates Manager to oversee the estates and building engineering services across community properties. This role involves ensuring operational systems are maintained for patient treatment and staff functionality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical/electrical disciplines and effective management skills. With a focus on compliance and safety, this position offers the chance to contribute to high standards of care.

The Postholder will take the lead role in overseeing and managing the compliance and delivery of Estates and Building Engineering services activities to approximately 80 community property sites within the NCA estate portfolio.
The role involves assuring the Trust always has power, lighting, water, medical gas supplies, heating, cooling and ventilation and other systems to ensure patients can be treated, staff can work, and all functions of the Community estate are operational.
