Qualifications

• Lead the Estates & Facilities maintenance function.

• Implement Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and Health & Safety procedures.
• Oversee Building Management Systems (BMS) and asset records.
• Drive energy efficiency and carbon-reduction initiatives.
• Oversight of contractors, budget, and projects.
