Sanctuary Personnel is recruiting a Band 8a Physiotherapist with Extended Scope Practitioner (ESP) experience for a full-time, ongoing role in Ormskirk, Lancashire. The successful candidate will deliver advanced MSK physiotherapy, manage complex caseloads and work autonomously within an extended scope framework.

You will liaise with multidisciplinary teams, develop personalized treatment plans, and contribute to service development and clinical governance while maintaining thorough

Qualificações

Band 8a Physiotherapist with Extended Scope Practitioner (ESP) experience.
Full-time, ongoing contract.
Location: Ormskirk, Lancashire.
Pay rate: Up to £35 per hour.

Responsabilidades

Deliver advanced physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients
Manage complex musculoskeletal caseloads with expertise and precision
Undertake specialist clinical assessments and diagnosis
Provide expert clinical reasoning and decision-making in patient care
Develop and implement advanced and personalised treatment plans
Work autonomously within the extended scope role to make impactful decisions
Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and esteemed medical colleagues
Support service development and uphold clinical governance activities
Maintain accurate clinical records and thorough patient documentation
Contribute to patient-centred care and innovative pathway management
