The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in complex planning, particularly with Oracle Fusion Cloud on large programmes. Strong skills in RAIDS, MS Project, and stakeholder management are essential. This role requires a degree and active SC clearance, with the goal to maintain alignment across multiple workstreams and manage risks effectively.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed MSP plans aligned to the integrated programme plan
• Drive planning across multiple workstreams, managing milestones, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints
• Own RAIDS management with workstream leads, escalating schedule risks and impacts
• Produce weekly progress reporting and support change impact assessments
• Maintain alignment between MSP and JIRA plans (1-2 week alignment cycle)
• Support delivery teams in breaking down complex activity into work packages

Qualifications

• 10+ years planning on complex ERP transformations
• 5+ years Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation planning on £25m+ programmes
• Strong RAIDS leadership (not admin/reporting)
• Expert in MS Project Professional & JIRA
• Exceptional stakeholder management in complex environments
