Job Description
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
  • Manage complex casework, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Support with cases from initiation through to tribunal
  • Support more junior team members with upskilling and learning
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Support managers with guidance on performance management and workplace disputes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent application of HR practices.
  • Monitor and report on employee relations trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Deliver training to managers on HR policies and employee relations best practices.
  • Ensure all processes are documented and compliant with legal requirements.

A successful ER Lead should have:
