Job Description
- Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
- Manage complex casework, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Support with cases from initiation through to tribunal
- Support more junior team members with upskilling and learning
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organisational goals.
- Support managers with guidance on performance management and workplace disputes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent application of HR practices.
- Monitor and report on employee relations trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Deliver training to managers on HR policies and employee relations best practices.
- Ensure all processes are documented and compliant with legal requirements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful ER Lead should have:
- Proven experience in employee relations within Human Resources.
- Strong understanding of employment law and its practical application.
- Ability to handle complex casework with professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies.
- Capability to provide training and guidance to managers.
