The role involves growing the book within the Syndicate’s Casualty portfolio, building guidelines, and negotiating Site Pollution and Contractors Pollution Liability policies while maintaining profitability and broker relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of underwriting experience.
• Deep knowledge of Environmental insurance products and regulations.
• Experience with Site Pollution and Contractors Pollution liability.

Responsibilities

• Execute environmental business plan and grow the book.
• Underwrite and negotiate Site Pollution and Contractors Pollution Liability policies.
• Monitor profitability, costs, and claims ratios; take corrective actions.
• Collaborate with colleagues in London and the US.
• Build underwriting guidelines and marketing materials.
