Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in project management (environmental, civil engineering, capital projects, or similar).
• Knowledge of Scottish regulations, environmental policy, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with public sector procurement & tendering, particularly NEC4 and Public Contracts Scotland (PCS).
• Strong stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client‑side management of environmental projects from feasibility to delivery.
• Manage project risks, quality, budgets, and schedules throughout the lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with SEPA, local authorities, funders, and communities.
