Senior Environmental Lawyer – Manchester

BCL Legal is currently assisting a leading international law firm with an outstanding reputation for its Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) practice. The team is seeking a talented senior lawyer to join its top-tier team in Manchester.

Core Work

• Chemical compliance (including post-Brexit regulatory frameworks)
• Environmental permitting (IED, MCP, EPR) in the UK and EU
• Waste management, classification and end-of-waste issues
• Circular economy strategy and compliance
• Environmental due diligence on corporate and real estate transactions

The Opportunity
