Qualifications

• Experience of working with Contractors and influencing sustainability through design.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination with broad knowledge of environmental specialisms.
• Understanding of construction techniques and pollution prevention.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing environmental consent applications.
• Consulting with external authorities on surveys and assessments.
• Working closely with design & construction teams to provide environmental support.

Skills

Excellent working knowledge of the environmental and consenting process

Strong report writing skills

Excellent verbal presentation skills

Experience in consulting and negotiating

High level of organisational skills

Education

Degree in environmental or related subject

Membership or working towards membership of a relevant Professional Institution
