Job summary

AECOM in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Project Planner to join our Environment & Energy team, delivering integrated schedules for complex infrastructure, energy transition, and environmental projects. You will provide programme controls, forecasting, and schedule updates across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, programme management, or project controls in infrastructure, energy, or environmental sectors.
• Experience developing and managing integrated project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycles, programme controls, and risk management principles.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain integrated project schedules for environmental, energy, and infrastructure projects.
• Establish baselines, work breakdown structures, milestones, and critical path analysis.
• Provide forecasts, progress updates, and schedule inputs for bids and business development.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and schedule analyses for decision making.
• Support change control with schedule impact assessments and recovery planning.
