Job summary

Media Molecule in Guildford seeks a Senior 3D Environment Artist to join a world-class team and elevate our game levels with stylised environments and composition. You will work with Blender and in-house plug-ins, adapting quickly to new tools and pipelines under the direction of our Art Director.

The role supports hybrid and remote working within the UK, with a preference for one day per week onsite in Guildford, for a short-term engagement through Yoh Services until July 2027.

Qualifications

• Affinity for stylised natural environments and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Blender is essential.
• Experience working on existing game levels is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Senior 3D Environment Artist working with a world-class team to elevate game levels under the Art Director guidance.
• Contribute to lighting and composition to achieve stylised visual quality.

It's a fantastic time to join us as we embark on our next adventure, defining and executing the vision for our next ambitious project based out of our studio in central Guildford. We are now searching for 2 exceptional Senior 3D Environment Artists to join us!

This will be a short-term contingent engagement through our staffing partner, Yoh Services which we anticipate will run until the end of July 2027. We are therefore open to hybrid and remote working in the UK with a preference for 1 day a week onsite in Guildford.

Role Overview:

As a Senior 3D Environment Artist, you'll be working with a world class team of Artists to bring our game levels to the highest quality, under guidance by our Art Director.

If you have a passion for beautifully stylised environments, lighting and composition, we want to hear from you!

You'll be working on already-existing levels within Blender often using our inhouse plug-ins, so being able to pick up new tools and tech is a must. A strong knowledge of Blender is essential to this role.
