You will translate business needs into actionable requirements and serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, working closely with the COO and IT leadership. You will manage multiple complex initiatives, prioritize work based on value, facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews, and drive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, or related field.
5+ years of product management or related technology leadership.
Experience managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Define and manage the enterprise product portfolio and roadmap.
Gather, analyze, document business requirements and user stories.
Translate business needs into technical requirements for teams.
